«We had a great time at this property. We grilled, enjoyed the evening on the dock, enjoyed the local parks, and swam the whole time. We are pooped out lol. I also have to mention Franks restaurant because you just don't see restaurants like that anymore. We will definitely be coming back to this property and Franks. 5 stars all around!»

Active train at back of property. Unfriendly staff. Have cash for deposit because might not get refunded if use credit card. Have to take out own trash or no deposit refunded.»

«Perfect for 1-2 people. I was on a week long trip in the Atlanta area and this was definitely a little oasis/break from the city. I was able to wash clothes and enjoy the pool on a hot Georgia summer day.»

«The house was fairly nice, although there is an extreme lack of maintenance on the house itself the yard is poorly kept and the dock outside to the lake is extremely dangerous and feels as if it’s going to collapse, the dining room table is very wobbly the chairs had screws coming out the fridge leaked water and the oven did not work in the living room there was very visible cockroaches. Upon arrival the house was left dirty the grill had dirty cigarette butts other then the lack of maintenance ...
