«Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated.»

«Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them.»

«I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed»

«Perfect place for a base of operations for a girls weekend for the local Arts Festivals. Outstanding front desk employees, upbeat, friendly, just nice to always be greeted with enthusiasm. Basic clean room with kitchen. Enjoyed the full size refrigerator. No maid service, but knew that when I booked. Conveniently located to restaurants, highway & campus at MSU. Very budget friendly. I will return.»

«We enjoyed our stay. It would be lovely if the hotel could spruce it up a bit: the interior garden looks neglected, and the elevator decor needs attention, as did particular aspects of our bathroom. I would stay there again should my travels take me to Lansing.»

«Sprinklers and smoke alarm went off at 1 a.m. causing two floors to be evacuated, After a 45 minute wait we were allowed back in our room. Needless to say, ruined our stay.»
