«Whatever I write for the property will be too little! Excellent location, up on the mountain side, but within walking distance from a beach. 5 minutes drive from Ag. Kirikos. The property is an olive tree grove and vineyard, fully walkable with pathways. It is also an arborium with all kinds of plants, flowers and trees for you to explore. There are several structures in the property, most of them for rental, but each one with its own character, stone built cottages, wooden cabins, a tree house, ...

«I had a wonderful stay in Ikaria. The house is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You do need to adapt a little, as it’s a simple place with a few quirks, but that’s part of its charm — and the price is absolutely fair for what it offers. What really made my stay unforgettable was Evangelos and the local community. Everyone was incredibly kind, open, and genuinely hospitable, making me feel at home from the very first day. I left Ikaria with great memories and a real sense of ...

«We loved it here, the quintessential beach house with lovely areas to sit outside at different times of the day, super close to the beach and a great restaurant, nice features added by a creative welder / woodworker.
Really beautiful place. Visited by friendly cats, I would love to stay here again.»
