«THIS HOTEL COULD REALLY BE SO MUCH MORE IF THE OWNERS REALLY PUT THEIR MINDS TO IT. THE ROOMS ARE WELL APPOINTED AND VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THERE CLEARLY IS A GREAT LACK OF TRAINING AND UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT A HOTEL SHOULD BE LIKE. THE DOORS DID NOT OPEN WITHOUT HAVING TO BE SLAMMED IN USING THE SHOULDER (THIS IS TRUE). THE IRON DID NOT WORK. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOOD FOR BREAKFAST, THE ESTABLISHMENT RAN OUT OF BREAD, MILK ETC. AND GUESTS WERE LEFT WITH NO BREAKFAST AND ONE OF THE SHAREHOLDERS ...

«Very dissappointed in the general state of the apartment also please note these do not have the balcony terrace as in photos only a few have we where told. The microwave oven in shocking condtion . There is no sea view There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . Only street side parking available would not recommend this appartment to anyone»

«It was a beautiful suite. The shower just leaks a lot. The hot water takes about 6 minutes to warm up. We thought the suites where inside the Zambali Estate. People walking past making noise. We enjoyed our stay it was comfortable. »

«Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi ...
