«What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience. The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar. The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river. Great breakfast was served in the breakfast area ...

«Very quiet and serene. Looks and feels like newly renovated. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a scenic drive to the southern tip of the island. Though it is about 20 minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. But you can always cook. Very nice experience especially for city folks.»

"Location is good. Close to all your Hobart experiences. My room was really noisy, I heard the music from reception and every time someone walked the hallway. If you stay there, ask for a room further away from reception and back of hallway. It's stairs all over so not suitable if you're not good with steps and stairs. Breakfast is poor, but breakfast staff is really friendly and helpful. Toilet paper holder kept falling down from the wall, and shower handle does not fit the holder on the wall. But maybe that's expected in an old building. If u was GM herre i would stay one night in each room myself to see what's need to be maintained."
