«Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process.
Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.»

«What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience.
The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar.
The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river.
Great breakfast was served in the breakfast area ...

«We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Lune Mill River House over New Years. We were just a family of 4, but the house would also be suitable for 2 famillies. Yes, it is basic and a bit old, but that's what makes it so real. It was also a step back in time with old photos on the walls, and even multiple tape and cd players!
