«Room and building were clean. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. The tub couldn’t be used for a bath. Shower got way too hot. There was broken glass in the parking lot. We informed front desk in the evening but it was not taken care of until the following morning. The breakfast was a nice selection but the coffee was full of coffee grounds. The lady was apologetic. The coffee was improved the next day, but still had a lot of coffee grounds. Room was nice sized, had a ...

«No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and ...

«What a cute, welcoming home on a beautiful property! We so enjoyed the very clean, cozy spaces in this beautifully decorated home. Everything about our stay was easy and smooth. I would recommend this home to anyone with a reason to stay in Roanoke! We also enjoyed dinner in town. If we weren't busy with other activities, it would have been fun to explore Roanoke more!»

«The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning.»

«The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.»
