«We have to request for room change. The bed sheet and pillow case looks not new and re-used. Room have roaches. I will never book there again. Very bad hotel.»

«The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. «Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,»

«The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.»
