«This hotel is listed as five star. To be honest it should be removed from Hotels.com. It is a one star at best. Worn down. Had to search for the reception. The room had an intens smell of industrial cleaning chemicals. Probably to hide the smell of mould. Absolutely nauseous smell. It was not clean and it was run down. View was straight into a concrete wall, and this was supposed to be a suite. The shower did not have warm water. For several hours there was drilling noise in the room to be heard ...

«The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.»

«Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories.»

«The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay.
