«It was well situated for the places we wanted to go. It was easy to get back and forth across the river. The weren't any of the typical hotel directories in the room, and a limited number of flyers on area attractions.»

«The jacuzzi tub was great to relax the muscles after a day of adventure and exploration although we unfortunately had to clean it ourselves before use as there were footprints with sand and dirt within it. The remainder of the room was clean other than the solid thick layer of dust upon the top of the head board. We didn't sleep well as the bed was too firm, it is what it is. The outside curb appeal around the building itself is full of weeds and the bushes need some attention.»

«Beautiful home in a lovely wooded setting. It was a great place for our extended family to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. We liked the open kitchen and gathering spaces. We were close to Caledonia where we enjoyed the marvelous Wired Rooster coffee shop and the Caledonia Bakery. We hiked and swam in Beaver Creek State Park. «Thank you Richard for such a beautiful property. We felt comfortable in the home with plenty of space. There are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Communication between Richard and I was prompt and clearly displayed.»

«Very unique cabin. Loved the quietness. Loved the large mowed lawn, fireplace and deck area. Kitchen had all the amenities. Bathroom had plenty of towels and body wash and shampoo. The only recommendation is to have pictures and let people know about the stairs. It was okay for us, but if you weren't aware of them could not be good. «We went to Rhubarb Festival on Saturday that all of us enjoyed in Lanesboro. Nature put on a wonderful outdoor show Friday night with fireflies and lightning but no rain. It was magical. We sat by the firepit on Saturday night and made s’mores , and watched deer in the field.Some of our group rode bikes on the trails and went to see the cave on Sunday, It was a memory maker weekend.
