«We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s Place. The location was very convenient since we were visiting our son at Clarkson. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hot tub was nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoying the rest of the outside amenities because it was cold and rainy. We hope to go back when the weather is nicer!»

Really well-priced for such a well-equipped property. I got this place as a cheaper alternative to a hotel so I could visit my daughter who goes to Potsdam. Loved that i could bring and cook my own food for additional saving from having to eat out for every meal. Highly recommend!»

«Beautiful home, very spacious and great for larger families. Host thought of everything, had towels, extra blankets and breakfast fixings stocked. She was very quick to reply to messages and so kind! We loved the living room for hanging out and motion sensor lights throughout the house so we could move around in the dark without waking everyone up »

«Great home in Potsdam. Close to everything; restaurants, bars, colleges. Home is so cozy and well stocked in every way. Host was very responsive and made sure sidewalks and driveway were cleared of snow. Highly recommend staying here while in Potsdam. We had a great time. »

«This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing ...

«Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!»

«It was a convenient place to stay for a robotics competition. I just wish there had been a shovel at least available for the stairs and entrance to the rental and possibly some salt. It was a bit chilly at night, and broken blinds in one bedroom that hindered privacy from the outside and nearby homes, on the morning of check out we did also find some sort of bugs in the apartment. I did not communicate with the host about any of the issues since I was not getting a response about snow clearing »
