«Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. «The air conditioner was very good. Bathroom very clean but no grab bars in shower. Bedding looked fresh. Sidewalks WERE NOT handicap accessible, had to have assistance getting on and off sidewalks at all entrances. Does not look anything like photos. »

We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. «The house was so dirty and a waste of money. We arrived after midnight on Friday leading into Saturday. I reached out to the host twice during my stay. Once to ask for the WIFI details as it was not provided. And a second time to ask if there is a vacuum because there was some dog hair on the couch. It all went down from there.
