«The best part of this hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We loved hearing the spooky ghost stories and lore! That said, we felt the property itself could really use some TLC. The first room we were given was definitely not up to the standard we would expect for the price. It was tiny, cramped, and had no furniture for storage of our belongings. There was a desk and one large chair, which we ended up using just to hold our things. ...

«Beautiful»

«Located in a scenic location overlooking the Columbia River (can't see River from most rooms), but beautiful walks. Next to Columbia Gorge Hotel where you can walk to and have a delicious dinner. Property is well maintained and nicer and a better value than chain hotels in the areas.»

«It's pet friendly and they have freebies for the doggo, room was clean and cozy!»

«Amazing People and amazing staff»

«The gentleman that I communicated with was friendly and the rooms appeared clean, however the wood floors in both rooms were filthy and after walking barefoot, our feet were dirty as well. The floors were swept but NOT mopped. One of our party cleaned her feet and a section of the floor with a towel - icky. Slippers, socks or shoes are highly recommended in the rooms! «Very nice place. The early morning breakfast was well stocked with cereals to waffles. The only complaint I have is the fitness center. I used the fitness center during my stay and everyday the fitness center smelled like a bad locker room. If there was a fan or some type of ventilation it might alleviate this problem.»

«The resort is in an absolutely beautiful location. The room was extremely clear and very spacious. Only stayed one night but it was worth it. Would recommend to anyone who loves nature.»

«Nice stay, Great staff! Suggest renting a single unit, as if you were in one with attached, very noisy. In our unit you could only watch tv in bed, and the headboard was definately not made for that, very uncomfortable set up. Great location for visiting The Dalles, Multnomah Falls (and other falls) and the Bonneville Dam and fish ladders.»

«Clean and cute room with fantastic view. Staff welcoming and accommodating. Grounds and outdoor space well kept. 2 minutes to Downtown Hood River. Would definitely stay there again.»

«Super friendly and detailed communications. Excellent location that’s easily walkable to everything around town and down on the waterfront. Super clean and thoughtful accommodations. We will be back!»

«Excellent location , good parking, Navigating the TV was confusing.»
