«There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.»

The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.»

«Well at least my room what i can say is that it wasnt properly clean when we arrived. The bathroom wasn't swept, the room had a bad smell. But the lobby and breakfast was good.»

«This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia.»
