«The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets»

«Great customer service. Very clean hotel. The only complaint was the parking… we had to wait about 30 minutes to find a parking spot on Saturday night; other than that, highly recommend.»

«Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.»

«Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped.»

«Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell ...

«The size of the room is sufficient, with providing enough space for the number of people to occupy it. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during the time of my stay, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to get to the room. The customer service is professional and polite. Adequate parking spaces available, if driving. »

«Breakfast was fine. I don't generally eat much and had early morning commitments so didn't really have time, but coffee was good. Room was cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. »
