«I was quite surprised by how clean, and well maintained they keep the rooms and facilities. Not a lot of flair, but clean and comfortable. Better condition than some 5 star rated hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s clear the management here cares and is doing a great job. The evening food and drinks, really is inviting, and a value you don’t often find.»

«The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.»

«The front desk lady was awesome. She gave great directions to get our boys uniforms clean. Also the location was great. The boys walked over and I was able to leisurely get there.»

«Elevator broken. Room felt very humid - almost damp sheets and towels. Convenient location in nice part of town. Clean. Smelled nice. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly staff»

«Easy check-in and a decent overall stay. Location is great, close to short pump etc. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the thin walls-we could hear nearly every door opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. Parking was also limited, so we had to park near Silver Diner, which was a bit of a walk. On the positive side, Diamond at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in a great experience.»

«The property has to do the maintenance at elevators, bathroom and the shower door»

«Very dirty. Shower surround was held together with duct tape. Smelled like stale smoke. AC didn't blow very cold.»

«When we arrived our shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The night attendant brought some up but had trouble installing them. I believe the staff took care of them properly the next day. We were charged $50 for "amenities". I asked why. Something was damaged they said. That had nothing to do with us, we didn't install the dispensers.»

«The hotel’s A/C was broken at our check in and we were told it would be back up and running within an hr or two. We had to get ready for my wife’s birthday in a hot room and it caused us to be late to our reservations and threw off our entire evening with our plans. We had to come back from our evening to a humid room and did not get good rest. The A/C was barely working properly the next morning when we had to check out. So overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay. The property did look nice however.»

«Didn't get any sleep. Lots of riff raff partying all night with loud music. I can understand people having fun until later in the evening, but loud tvs, music, drunk people until 3:30am is not okay.»

«Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing»
