The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was far above average with Nantucket pie and cream cheese filled pancakes as options to choose from. Everything in town was easily walkable and Acadia National Park is a very short drive away. »

«Entering the Inn we were greeted with a smile and a great personality! I cannot remember her name but it started with an A. She was amazing! Offering my Granddaughter and I fresh cookies, and ice cream. Oh there was also chowder. The establishment was Very Clean! Staff was Very Friendly! Our Room was honestly perfect, just cozy. «Loved this unique experience! It did get cold towards the end of our stay, but that's because it was October and we got caught in the rain on a hike. They had tons of blankets and two heaters that helped a lot. If a dryer was available for wet clothes, that would've been outstanding. Also, our hiking guide/bartender, Jeremy, was amazing!! Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.»

«This motel has been very well maintained through the years. There were some nice updates and it was obvious there is a high standard of cleanliness. It is close to downtown and also the Acadia shuttle. We walked to breakfast one morning.»

«Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»
