«Front desk clerk was very friendly. A mistake was made by issuing the wrong room, but she made it correct. The bathroom could have been cleaner and our room could have been more tidy. Not terrible, but noticeable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking was limited with many of the spaces reserved for electric vehicles only.»

«The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there»

«This was our fourth visit to the hobbit house and every time it is awesome. from the hosts to the cabins/cottages to the property everything is a 10. We’ll be back again at some point. Also, great for our puppy a lot of hiking a lot of exploring can’t say enough good things.»

«This is the cutest little house! It was everything we needed! The host was superb, welcoming and communicated very well with us. The tiny home was very clean, accommodating and private as it was nestled down the hill. I would definitely recommend this place! We would absolutely book this again!»

«Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. »

The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now. Other than that a very nice place Loved the big walk in shower and spacious living area and the wrap around porch.The carpet in the bedrooms was very rough on the feet,»
