«The front desk customer service was not pleasant, helpful at all»

«Our 1st evening, we had some problems with getting food. The poolside restaurant had to close early and the bar restaurant ran out of pizza. I’m sure it was an unusual problem, but we didn’t have dinner that night coming in from a long travel day from Texas. All other meals were great, especially breakfast buffet which was outstanding.»

«We rented a unit on the second floor of building E. It had a large, well-furnished balcony with a fabulous view of the sunset each evening. The location was great and included a designated covered parking space. Access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club was a huge perk. The shops at Mauna Lani were a 2-min drive away and there was a shop in that location to rent snorkel gear. This area of the island was perfect for a relaxing stay for our family of four. «Vi hadde en fantastisk ferie på Islands at Mauna Lani. Dette anlegget er bygget med hus som er 4 og 4 i rekke. Husene er store, med privat garasje tilhørende hvert hus. Anlegget var rent og fint, med et privat bassengområdet i rolige omgivelser.Det er en privat strand som tilhører området Mauna Lani. Stranden er familievennlig og spesielt bra for barn. Her kan man oppleve å svømme med havskilpadder, og fargerike fisker. I gåavstand finner man et spaanlegg og shopping området med underholdning to ...

«We enjoyed staying here. It’s very simple and was a great value. Was concerned about not having A/C but being right off the ocean, there was always a breeze to keep it comfortable. The view from the deck is very nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. There is a small hill you have to go up; wasn’t an issue at all for us. There is a small town very close with a few restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Host was very patient with the many many questions I had. I never felt that I was a bother. The home was spacious and it was nice that we could all have our own space at times. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary supplies to cook and there were many spices in the cabinets. Everything was clean. Loved being able to use the access card to get into Mauna Lani. »
