«We LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay here! The hostess made delicious Sri Lankan meals for us, cut a path down to the river so we could swim in the natural pool just minutes from the tree house, and the place is so unusual. We were in the treetops with LOADS of monkeys swinging around. We felt totally safe and well looked after.»

«They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night»

«In the hotel books my pre payment was not found so I had to pay at the hotel a sum of Rs.4500/ can you please check my accts and refund if I had double paid »

«Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t ...

«Helt nytt og fresht hotell i en utrolig gøy by i hjerte av Sri Lanka. Super utsikt mot fjell, litt byliv og skogen. Vennlig personale, god frokost. Hotellet ligger jo på toppen av en ganske bratt bakke og en kan ha problemer med å bli kjørt opp dersom bilen ikke er av beste kvalitet. Uansett, anbefaler Elevate Elle på det varmeste, dette blir et utrolig bra destinasjon i tiden fremover!»

«Lovely staff, nice stay, good food»

«There should be a full length mirror. Not important but a nice to have.»

«I wish I could like this place more but there were a few things which would make me reconsider booking if I had known upfront. Firstly, the driveway is a pain but can deal with it if known upfront, front desk was very accommodating taking our luggage up the hill to our van. Room 103 was a family room but directly above the reception and bar, so expect loud tuk tuks and music from the bar until about 11.30pm. Overall it was 3/5 - not bad, not amazing.»

«Checkin: perfect, everything went smoothly, warm welcome with information about the hotel, tea from own production and a warm cloth. Staff: helpful and attentive, always at our service! Overall: perfect experience from beginning to end!! The hotel is originally a tea plantage from the 1930s, and the traditional style,  from staff uniforms, to machinery, and building exterior and interior is all preserved in plantation style. You can also find closeness to tea in the food and drinks. Guided ...

«Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!»

«Fantastisk hyggelig personale, strøken beliggenhet og fint rom! Kort vei til byen. Og meeeget god mat! 10/10 🌟🌟»

«Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. »

«Ligger veldig øde til, følte oss litt "innestegnt". »
