I had no hot water in my room the entire day. Pieces of laminate were torn off of the bathroom door. There was considerable other damage to the room as well.»

Fridge was a bit loud. This is not a 4star hotel but how can you expect that when you’re paying this price. My husband and daughter were pleased with the stay.»

«The house is beautifully appointed. It is so clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the river was gorgeous! Great communication with the hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had. We were visiting my so. At WVU and it was the perfect place to be out of the traffic in Morgantown, beat the price hikes of hotels. Very easy drive to Morgantown.»

«polished version: The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The paint, furnishings, and carpeting all felt dated and drab. Although the room itself was reasonably clean, the worn condition of everything made it feel less fresh than it could have. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and there was plenty of hot water.»

«Parking was perfect, room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the shower had visible dirt in it as if it had not been rinsed away and the door’s safety lock was very loose and didn’t secure. »

«The hotel was clean in and out, and the area is clean and safe. Came here for a tournament, which they seem to host a lot of families for these tournaments as well as traveling lineman, oil, and construction workers. Inwas surprised how clean the rooms were with the full kitchen. No complaints. Outside looked like a 3 star hotel and the rooms has great mattresses. I out a 3 for amenities, but i dont know if they have any, but to for an overnight stay, it was great.»

«They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest.»

«This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!»
