I had no hot water in my room the entire day. Pieces of laminate were torn off of the bathroom door. There was considerable other damage to the room as well.»

«Very Clean. This is an older refurbished motel. The stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage for an older person. The room lighting was minimal. No blow dryer in the room. Overall, not fancy but a good sleep to break up your journey»

«For the price and a quick place to stay well travelling home this was a great place. Room was clean. It’s an older place but was clean staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was great. Fridge was a bit loud. This is not a 4star hotel but how can you expect that when you’re paying this price. My husband and daughter were pleased with the stay.»

«The house is beautifully appointed. It is so clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the river was gorgeous! Great communication with the hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had. We were visiting my so. At WVU and it was the perfect place to be out of the traffic in Morgantown, beat the price hikes of hotels. Very easy drive to Morgantown.»

«Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light. «I did opt in for the smoking room, so I think that has a lot to do with the cleanliness of the room staff was great. The pool is not open. I will return for another state.»

«This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!»
