«This beautiful hotel is very grand and is still very classy. It is showing its age however, but we still had a wonderful experience, with my husband celebrating his birthday at dinner where the staff made his night very special. The staff are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. »

So many things to do and see in the immediate area including Kruger National Park. Self drive or guided if it's you first time you will not be dissapointed. «It is a very friendly environment but not worth what I paid. The triple room is like an old granny house, the linen not even the right sizes for the beds, towels not that clean, no bathfoams etc sachet, wardrobe has only 4 hangers, no drinking water supplied, no glasses. Just cups, tea/coffee sachet supplied with very cheap plastic spoons. It was too cold and the aircon was disfuctioning, No enough plugs for cellphone chargers and other electronics. I had to go buy two pin plugs to able to ...

«The only reason I'm giving this place 4* is because the road leading down is gravel and not bery well maintained. The cabin itself is a paradise! The pond is beautiful, the ducks friendly, and the fast moving creek sounds lull you to sleep. I was very pleasantly surprised at how stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies. The staff was friendly and the whole property is well maintained. »
