«We checked in. Walking into the room there is a strong odor. There is no soap, towels, toilet paper and I look at the beds… they are rumpled and there are pillow cases missing. There’s also pee in the toilet.I passed a woman on the way to the desk and she gave me a number for “Ila” to text who is the manager. I texted-no answer. I walked to the desk and wait for about 5-10 minutes and then go into the restaurant where I learned Ila is who checked me in. I explain what happened and asked for her ...

«We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was so cute and had great furnishings- we especially loved the large smart tv, and the bed was SO COZY! It is located right on the river and we loved the access to the two kayaks! The host also provided s’mores ingredients for us which were thoroughly enjoyed. The location was great and it is easy to access Beaverton and pick up essentials from the store only a few minutes down the road. The back yard and patio/porch areas are very neat! The listing does not specify that VRBO is holding funds for the transaction, but you actually have to pay the resort directly upon arrival, which caused a bit of friction upon check-in.»
