«The property was very clean and nice in appearance the hotel front desk staff very nice efficient and helpful the hotel is right at the BLUE RIDGE SENIC RAIL ROAD literally a stroll down the side walk how ever the restaurant staff located on the 5th floor terrible service we were a party of 5 we enterd but were not greeted not even acknowledged we wonderd thru the small area looking for a table there were dirty tables but no one acknowledged us or offerd to clean the tables..wewent to the bar ...

«For off season stay, this was an absolute steal. Would have appreciated a heads up about a major bridge being down that resulted in a 5-10 minutes drive to our cabin turning into a 25 minute drive from the front office. Also was not sent a certain code that all of the security were asking for which made for some difficulty getting into the resort. The older gentleman with the grey ponytail could have been more polite as well.»

«Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and spacious. A hot breakfast was available each morning with staff checking to see if we had enough. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grass courtyard in the back with a fire pit and chairs around it. A picnic table was also available to use. We stayed a full week and will go back again. »

«It’s not the people at Stratford, it’s the Travelocity folks. You say you won’t charge my card, but it was charged. I pay cash. Stratford refunded the charge, but not the 3% charge for using the card. SHAME on you!!! That’s a bold face lie. My card wasn’t held, it was charged. I’ll be writing the Better Business Bureau about it.»

«I used this motel while riding a motorcycle. I was doing the Chattahoochie BDRX. The motel is right on the route. The rooms are clean and plain. Nothing fancy. Fast food and a grocery store are nearby. Recommended.»
