«The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The horses are an added bonus of peacefulness making this location unique. Hotels can be beautiful and noisy, this place was like a little slice of heaven. Stay there you won’t be disappointed. John was very good at keeping in touch and seeing if we needed anything. I will definitely stay there again if I am going that way.»

«Most importantly, the house is CLEAN, beds are COMFORTABLE. Well kept house inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had such a relaxing time. Plenty of space outside for outdoor games and for our dog to run around in. We loved the house and will be back whenever we go back to Blacksburg. »

«Property was just as described. We did overshoot the driveway so a little blurb on that on the check-in instructions would be good. Rooms were all lovely. But outdoor space was amazing. We paddled up the creek and this house has the best portion for floating & fishing. We had a really amazing time.»
