«The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.»

The complimentary coffee in the common area was appreciated and the Sunday brunch was delicious! We only visited for one night as we were traveling through, but our stay was very enjoyable!»

«There were strands of hair one of the pillows and a wash cloth…disgusting! The shower was not as clean as it could’ve been…dirty grout, mold in various corners of the tub. The staff was kind and accommodating. »

«The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.»

«The property is not what appears in the photos online. The owner was very rude, the front desk clerk stayed on a call for five minutes before helping me. The pool was green and dirty. The bathroom tub had mold all around the tub. The locals live out of the hotel, some with pets. I asked for a refund because the pool water was green, we had 8 children that wanted to swim and the pool water was toxic, we had no choice but to check-in and stay. We booked two nights but only could bare one night. ...

«The kiosk/video check in was OK but there was no one on site that we saw. The room seemed to be half completed. Hardly any lights and one didn't work. There was no chair in the room. The A/C was terribly noisy and there was a lot of noise overall. Dogs barking in the middle of the night and what sounded like a couple fighting , yelling throwing or hitting things at 2:00 am. I'll never stay there again.»
