«Rooms weren’t real clean, ours smelled funny. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t super great, but the lady who maintained it each morning was GREAT! Pool and hot tub were okay, pool was rather chilly, hot tub wasn’t real hot, but nice. A bit noisy but we expected that because it’s by the freeway.»

«The workers were pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness of the resort as a whole was fine. Our room however, smelled musty and like feet. And our room door was knocked on by random people 3 different times. One of those times being at 4am, waking my kids. I’ll probably avoid this Holiday Inn in the future.»

«The room that I was assigned was not ready, I had to go back to the front desk to request a new room. The rooms and the hotel in general look old, a renovation is needed. I would've gone to a different hotel had I known about the state of the hotel. The pictures in Expedia are misleading.»

«The staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean and very cute! Much more updated than I expected with plenty of plugs and usb plugs as well. Lots of room if you are working remotely as well and very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely shower and good water pressure too!»

«Room smelled like smoke and now they are accusing me of it (when we don't smoke) and refusing to return my deposit. No Hand soap, no hair dryer, not screens or locks on windows, Staff not helpful . Stove in room looks unsafe. Beds hard as rocks.»

«The place was a dump. We did not stay. I gladly forfeited my one night's charge to get out of there. The desk person was nice, but that is all I can say for the place. The whole property was dark and dingy. Most things like the ac seemed to work, but the furniture was beat up. There was a large hole in the carpet and the back of the bathroom door was smashed in. No elevator and the carpet on the stairs was the nastiest I've seen.»

«Brand new. Nice location. Comfy beds. We stayed one night on the 4th floor. We could not get our room to cool down. Went to front desk around 2:30 a.m. to ask about it. He did come check the thermostat. Still unsure what the problem was. Also noticed there was no gfci outlet in the bathroom. I thought that was code? I found a hair tie and a plastic yarn needle on the carpet in our room so don't know if they actually swept it. The floor just outside the elevator had crumbs or dirt or something ...
