«This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. «My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip.

«Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Rich in history. The rooms look a bit weared down, but being a hotel from 1891 that is no surprise. We had only good experiences with the staff and the food at the main restaurant was good. To bad that we had already filled our plates at breakfast when we discovered another room with delicious Sri Lankan breakfast food. I'm afraid quite a few people don't notice that room.
