«Didn’t even stay the night. Checked in and walked in on a man sleeping in my assigned room. Staff was unhelpful when I requested a refund and there were several weird men wandering the halls. Did not feel safe there as a woman.»

«I was pleasantly surprised to find that this old motel had been updated nicely. It was clean and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. A small writing desk would have been a nice addition to the room. If I had it to do over again, I would have probably driven across the river and found a place to stay in Point Pleasant.»

«Cabin was beautiful and very peaceful. I used the cabin as a home base of sorts while I had a class in the area. Cabin had amenities and everything seemed to work great and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.»

«Easy, hassle free check in/out, had a good variety of basics already in there to use, has a tankless water heater and I was worried I'd run out of hot water but we didnt and it was great even with washer, dishwasher and a shower going at same time. I woukd rent from again for sure.»

«The place was accurate on description the only complaint was they had gnats everywhere hard to have conversation we were swatting them away while talking and sleeping couldn’t have coffee without them landing in coffee. Everything else was very welcoming.»

«We enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Gray. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to relax, we liked the open dining area and comfy chairs and couches. The best part was being in a peaceful area and sitting outside enjoying the weather. It is close to town with several dining options and within distance to explore West Virginia as well as Jackson, we also found some cool places to explore in the Cooper Hollow Wildlife Area. »
