«The property was located in a quiet area of town situated on a city block of property. We wanted something off the beaten path and this was perfect! We stayed in the cottage. Bed was comfy. The antique furniture fit in nicely and gave you that step back in time feeling. There was an issue with the AC during the night and it quit working but it was tolerable as the temps outside were in the 70’s and the ceiling fan in our room kept the air moving. «The property was very clean, it had a great view and easy access to the lake. The outside area was so nice having lights and plenty of activities to occupy our time. Some of the people wanted to stay outdoors all night. Very nice property, we will definitely rent again if in the Tuscaloosa area.»

«We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described. It was so relaxing being tucked back in the woods rocking on the front porch. Host was very friendly and suggested some good restaurants to try out. My only suggestion is to let the guest know ahead of time where exactly to turn to get to the house. Our GPS stopped us short but luckily my friend was able to find on another website exactly where to turn for the driveway. I would recommend this house to others and would stay here again. »
