«It was a great place to stay on my bike trip across half the state of PA on Rt. 6. The breakfast was very tasty - an orange scone with raspberries and whipped cream, followed by a vegi omelet with bacon on the side. I'm kind of picky about coffee; I like it with flavored creamers, so they were able to find some hazelnut flavoring to put in mine. This place also has quite a bit of history.»

«Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk.»

«Very clean and modern hotel. Inside, you couldn't tell the difference between this place and a name-brand hotel. Parking was conveniently right outside the front door. The 2nd floor rooms have no elevator, but you can book the room you want ahead of time on the 1st floor if you want. We booked room 212, and it was large and very pleasant.»

«The host was very easy to contact. The place was clean, cozy and had lots of amenities. He had the driveway plowed from all the snow they had. So everything was ready for us to get in at 3:00. »

«The Cabin was clean and spacious. Perfect for a couple. The outdoor space was private and we enjoyed a nice camp fire with the wood provided. We were close to the Elk Visitors Center. Saw the Elk heard twice at the Viewing Area during our stay. We will stay there again next time we visit Benezette. Highly recommend the Hillbilly Hilton.»

«The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful »
