«We need realistic expectations, yes this is a dated hotel. That being said, staff was extremely warm and friendly, the beds were comfy, the pillows were squishy, the room was spotless, no weird smells, can open door and let the fresh breeze blow in, shower pressure is great, and the hotel was quiet both nights I stayed on a weekend. It’s a safe place to stay and the room price is fantastic. Worth the couple bucks extra for the pool view upgrade. My new go to hotel in East Wenatchee.»

«I booked this hotel for the hot tub and sauna, both were closed, that was disappointing. Our room was clean although housekeeping forgot soaps. Staff was nice!»

«Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. »

«We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!»
