«This property is quite dated and worn-out. Poor room lighting, slow Wi-Fi, old flatscreen with limited capabilities, poor breakfast, no elevator. One positive was good trailer parking.»

«The property is exactly what it shows but pictures don’t do it justice, it is so serene and absolutely beautiful. The host was attentive and kind. My sister told me to stay here (she’s a neighbor) and honestly so happy she sent me this link. I will be staying here every time my family and I are in town. The check-in process was seamless and the hot tub was chefs kiss, icing on top of the cake. The sheets were so clean and the bed so comfy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.»

«Loved the community setup! Though we didn’t have kids with us nor did we have the opportunity to explore all that was offered, it really was a great family/community oriented place. Cozy cabins set off in the woods a little with a gathering are area for camp fires, grilling and activities near the big house. Definitely worth visiting especially if you have a large group! Oh and the welcoming committee was an awesome treat(fur babies galore, ha)! Thank you»

«Very tranquil and relaxing. They have a pond, for which they have a dock to sit on, rowboats and kayaks to use and fishing equipment. The large deck also is spacious with a grill to use and more sitting area. The main bedroom bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not need to use the four single beds upstairs. The host was wonderful with his communication and even called to make sure if we needed step-by-step directions to get back to the cabin.»

«We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!»
