«We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room.
