«We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and loved their dogs. Its not the Ritz but great for the price. Dining options are very limited in Manila in the fall, it was great to have a small kitchen in our room to cook. Would definitely stay again.»

«Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The house smelled of dog and or cat pee the entire time we were there. Area rugs in the living room and entry way had multiple stains on them from dogs or cats peeing on them. The area under the rugs has never been cleaned. One of the beds had what appeared to be pee stains on it. Dishes in the cabinet that were suppose to be clean had dry food on them. Pans were dirty. «A phenomenal accommodation! We had such an amazing stay with so many activities on site we had endless entertainment. The view was amazing. Very easy access to Manila and Lucerne Marina at the Flaming Gorge. We enjoyed the hot tub while the kids played basketball outside. The home was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook. The hosts communicated well and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear.
