«This is a historic shine, from the late 1700’s and it is spectacular. The woodwork is astounding. The hosts leave nothing to desire and are so easy to visit. The thing you need to be aware of is that there are stairs to get to the rooms.»

«A wonderful place to stay—I highly recommend it! We loved the property, with cozy spaces to relax, a front porch with rocking chairs, a heated pool, and a charming common room. Our top-floor room was perfect with a beautiful bathroom, table area, small fridge, our own dry sauna—a perfect treat after a day of exploring.
The location was ideal for discovering the Bay of Fundy, including Joggins Fossil Centre, Three Sisters, and Cape d’Or.

Some of our guests would have liked drapes as the morning sun is bright.As we were there in the winter it would have been nice if the heat had been turned on prior to our arrival. And this would have made the homeowner aware of the heat not working in the lower wing. «We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It was even prettier than the pictures. Advocate Harbour is a beautiful and interesting little town and the drive from Parrsboro tp Advpcate Harbour, while a bit more rugged than we anticipated, is stunningly beautiful with unbelievable scenery. There are lots of parks nearby and lots of interesting beaches. The cottage itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need to cookyour own meals. «Deck needs to be replaced, very dangerous for older people. The check in was bizarre, met with owner's sister who in great detail explained what should be explained a manual. When you arrive at your vacation location the last thing you want to do is spend 20 minutes going over these things. The location was fabulous but the site is quite musty smelling, furniture and deck should be replaced before it is available for rent again.»
