«Even though the front entrance and dining area was being painted during our stay I still give this hotel five stars. Rooms exceptionally clean, staff super friendly, breakfast well done. Another rare hotel visit where I wish I could bring it along with me in our trip!»

«Great stay, Lovely full hot breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The straff in the breakfast hall does a great job keeping it clean and fresh, as same does the house keeping on the rooms! Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and I wonder if it could have been a smoking room earlier. Only this makes me not give top score. »

«This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet. »

«The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. »

«Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. »
