«The staff is the best. We were doing the SE BDR and stayed here and they a tualy did our laundry and stayed late to make sure it was done. The room was as clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for the SE BDR. Very quiet hotel. The breakfast was delicious. They let us park our motorcycles under the covered drive way. »

«I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!»
