«Check in was easy, the resort is a nice place, our room was clean and large, we had a balcony and enjoyed sitting out there. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only complaint was the sink drained slow and water filled up in the sink. There was no open restaurants on site for evening dinner. But we were referred to a nice pub and grub and a pizza parlor just down the hill, is walking distance, the pub was nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. »

«Fortunately the carpet appeared clean, other features were lacking--refrigerator wasn't operating, tub worn from age, sagging shower curtain rod couldn't keep curtain shut, all faucets and fixtures calcified and worn. Bed was hard, not comfortable. When I reported the shower curtain issue they appeared to fix it enough to help, and got the refrigerator working, but not until food inside was ruined. I will say breakfast was good.»

«This place is old and rundown. It is independently owned so therefore no incentive to update anything. Very surprised that Wyndam would attach their name to a place that that is in such disarray.»

«I was passing through town and just needed to sleep somewhere. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was stained, the sheets were dirty, the box spring was also dirty with mystery stains, the bathroom was in poor shape with loose tiles just sitting on the toilet, the coating was coming off the toilet and the shower head was maybe 4.5 ft off the bottom of the tub. Honestly, sleeping in a car would have been better. The A/C didn’t work properly either. Please stay ...

«No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. »

«Great little place. A large group of us had a variety of the rooms in the facility. Our room with 2 bunks was clean and functional. Worked ok for 2 of us. Would be really tight for 4 people. Nice clean bathroom/shower.»

«It was nice to be close to the ski mountain. The apartment was clean and had the basic amenities. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. We stayed for three nights and had plenty of towels but could have used a bit more soap. There was a small bar, one small shampoo and one conditioner that were tough to make last. The communication was excellent and the access using a digital code to come and go was easy. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes and silverware. ...
