«I absolutely loved my experience at the General Denver Hotel in Wilmington! The old-fashioned elevator was really cool. I loved how Terri was able to help me by allowing us to use the elevator anytime we needed by always being available for us. She made sure we were taken care of very well. She is a very kind person and made our stay very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone»

«Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.»

«Property needs major updates and a thorough cleaning. Good location, but the room left a lot to be desired. Did not want to use the mini fridge or microwave due to condition. There are nicer places for the same price in neighboring towns.»

«The hotel is under major construction and they were at one point laying concrete on our floor and tearing up carpets. There was no acknowledgment of this to us and it felt shady. »

«We had a great stay! The apartment was just like the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. Loved that it had both a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The area was great too—safe, quiet, and walking distance to a nice bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!»

«The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had ...
