«Air conditioning was iffy at best. Room smelt like the devils lettuce. Bugs in fridge. Internet was non existent so I had to use personal hotspot for tv to work. Loud “normal” residents throughout the night showing the other regulars who was the best thug. Staff was super friendly tho. Can’t stress enough… YOU CAN NOT SHOOT FIREWORKS FOR ANY REASON!!! Sign at the check in desk. Lobby is also like stepping into a furnace. Stayed only because of how nice staff was. »

«Check-n was at 3:00 pm, however at 3:45 pm on the day of check-in we still had not received our keys/code for access or check-in instructions. We should have received them at least 2 days prior to our trip. Yet the evening before our check-out, the host was sure to remind us of when our check-out of 10:00 am was. The dishwasher was not connected properly and therefore, we had to wash dishes by hand for 2 days and only when the maintenance man came by to spray for ants, another problem to be ...

«Celebrating our 51st anniversary at the Pinhoti Ridge Retreat Cabin 1 was the absolute perfect choice. The cabin was easily accessible and ideal for short hikes. Within short driving distances, we were able to hike to waterfalls and visit the Majestic Cavern. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had all the latest in appliances. We especially loved the deck for sitting, bird watching, star gazing and watching the fireflies at night. We would definitely return to Pinhoti Ridge and recommend ...

«Beautiful cabin! Very quiet, private, and well stocked. Lots of waterfalls to explore in the area as well as Cheaha State Park about 25 min away! Beautiful area! Highly recommend Pinhoti Ridge Retreat and this cabin (#4). We enjoyed hearing the night sounds, the creek and the rain on the roof. Dee Dee was very responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks. »
