«First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.»

«It was a quick and cheap place. It was clean, and they had a minimal continental breakfast. AC worked, which was a plus. The staff was very helpful. You can tell they had updated some parts, but it still showed some past wear in the ceilings and walls. Not an amazing property, but it did the job for a few days.»

«Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.»

«Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend.»

«We loved it!! The home was beautiful and very clean. The beds were soo comfy!! We enjoyed the complimentary wine and various options for coffee! The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the hills and cows! We also stopped by Bob’s Burgers in Martinsburg, NE. So good! We loved the projector screen as well. The hot tub was AMAZING. «We came to visit our college kids at USD and this was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, there was plenty of room and Shawna supplied everything we needed. We spent lots of time exploring the woods and trails behind the property before the snow hit on Sunday. Once the cold weather arrived, we stayed in and played cards and cooked meals - it was warm, cozy and family friendly. We’ll definitely stay there again!»

Front row seats to beautiful sunrises and sunsets while surrounded in a symphony of birds chirping, frogs croaking and the gentle flow of a creak right outside the front door.
