«We were very disappointed in the stay. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The dishwasher, fireplaces, and heat was not in working order. The staff tried to make things right but without these things it was not the experience we had hoped for. Apparently the other person renting the room next to us was not happy about the accommodations as well and were refunded. We were given $375 back but considering how much we spent it did not seem like enough compensation. Sadly ...
