«Nice staff, large rooms, but a bit old. Ok breakfast. Lots of sunbeds on the pictures, but not in reality. Just 1. Also, one day there were no towels in the pool area. No shower in the pool area »

«Disappointing Stay, Poor Cleanliness and Service Our family’s stay at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites was very disappointing. The room had worn-out sofas and chairs, a blocked bathroom sink that was only fixed on the second day, and an unclean floor drain. Despite this, we were not offered another room due to claimed unavailability. The reception staff were also unfriendly. What made it worse was finding a letter warning of a $325 deep-cleaning charge if the room was not kept clean, while the ...

«Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again.»

«Staff were able to satisfy all my requests and changd plans. Great location.»

«Perfekt beliggenhet, veldig rent, super service. Hotellet trenger imidlertid oppussing. »

«Lovely modern hotel with beautiful furnishing inside the room. Thoughtful inclusions included O&B bath and body products, T2 for adults and packets of crisps for the kids. Filtered water available in the hallway was great too. Would stay again. Room does not have a microwave though so could be a challenge for longer trips if expecting to prepare some simple meals in the room yourself.»

«Fantastisk service»

«good»

«For the high price, there was nothing extraordinary by this hotel. Rooms are ok and staff are splendid, but the breakfast buffet was the same limited stuff every single day. Cheaper hotels would yield just as good experience»

«God frokost, gode senger og rent rom.»

«The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time.»

«Very nice and close to most things»

«Possibility to do Laudry by your self for only 8AUD with wash and dry»

«Good stay, location easy to find and close to public transport. We had a choice to opt out of housekeeping to get some freebies at the end of our stay but unfortunately nothing happened when we checked out. Still a good incentive if it works.»
