«Me and my husband loved the pool and the decor it was a wonderful experience. The sauna was amazing too. The fireplace was a nice touch to the bedroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they send a message to let you know that you can call them and ask for assistance with service or food. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the hot tub that the water was not staying in the tub it was going out as it was going in it never filled up.»

«Easy check in, clean facility, nice bedding, quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was great. Good location for going to Lake Lanier.»

«Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. «The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. Beautiful view from the breakfast room onto a lush wooded area. If the weather had been better, we'd have enjoyed the outdoors patio and the fire pit. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. «What a great place to stay!!! I cannot say enough great things. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!»

«If you need something in a crunch it works. I wouldn’t say family friendly as the pool was not working and the breakfast was minimal. Our room was clean and had not smell issues. The TV wouldn’t work but I didn’t call about it bc we were there for sporting event so wasn’t a huge issue.»

There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice»

«The room had a funky smell when you first walked it, maybe use some carpet fresh or baking soda on carpet. Due to storms in the area and having Directv as the provider, lost signal multiple times which was not great.»
