«All of the staff that I encountered were nice and professional. The room was fairly clean, however, maintenance is lacking. The filter in the HVAC unit was MONTHS old and the AC could not get within 6 degrees of my set temperature (set 69, room 75). «We were very pleased with our stay in this very clean and well equipped cabin. The host was very helpful and easy to be contacted. My only complaint would be about the pet policy/charge. We saw in the listing that this listing was pet friendly but didn't know there was a charge until we arrived.»
