«Clean suites, friendly staff. The gym could use some attention as the equipment of fairly sparse.»

«We stayed a total of four days. The resort is beautiful! We enjoyed everything. We only had some trouble with the housekeeping. They knocked and said they would come back in an hour but didn’t come back. And we wished for a playground.»

«Rooms are great size. They need to be updated, but I will not stay as fantastic. That was comfortable.»

«Candance at the front was especially helpful. Great beds. Great trip !!!!»

«The hotel was really good. The hotel was completely booked because of an Auburn game. Only issue is we have an electric vehicle. There is one electric charger at the hotel. When we arrived there was a car charging and this car never moved the entire time we were there, even at check-out time. The car charging had to have been fully charged for a long time, since they were there so long, but they never considered moving. So, if you have an electric car, don’t count on the charger being available.»

«Great place to stay!»

«Great service»

«Would 100% stay here again. New and super clean.»

«Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort.»

«We ended up staying three nights, not once was the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels every day and then had to go get them from the front desk. The so called breakfast was disgusting everyday. I wanted to French vanilla creamer, which was there on Monday morning. I had to ask for some on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, I couldn’t select how much I wanted for my coffee.»

«Amazing stay for the game. Perfect location!! Room was amazing staff friendly! I will be booking another trip soon and staying here!!!»

«The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and ...

«The property needs a lot of work. There is paint missing from the walls and what looks like mold in the bathroom. This place is not clean and staff were really rude»
