Despite their name being Wyndham HOTEL, they claim they're NOT a hotel when you ask them why no one's coming to the room to make the beds and empty the trash. They say they're a "time share" and they don't have any obligation to provide any cleaning services. The "free breakfast" feels sad compared to what we've had at other hotels. «The parking lot was completely empty, that should have been my first sign. Key card didn't work, TV had no channel signals, the whole place smelled damp. I did not stay, oof course I lost my money, but it was worth it just to get out of there. They need to have a notice before booking that there is no TV reception.»

«I was on my way to this hotel but I found myself with the road closed due to a fallen telephone pole. It was late night and I tried to get a hold of the property but only was able to leave messages which they did not acknowledge. Since I could not make it to my reservation I wanted to see if in good faith they would at least give me a waiver since it was out of ny hands but they said no. «The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny. As nice as the breakfast was and the hostess, we won't return.»
