«1st off this place has a lot of potential. However, They charge guests way too much to not have renovated this place since it was built. (It was built in the 1940’s) It stinks and smells like a different funk on each floor. It’s creepy as hell. The curtains in our room didn’t close, We didn’t get a trash can in our room until the last day of our trip, and the toilet water is hot and steamy like it came from a jacuzzi. «Excellent location right on the lake with beautiful views, especially at night. The inn is pretty basic but exactly what I needed for a few days. It’s also located among several restaurants in the Lake Harmony village so easy to access any meals. I would absolutely stay here again.»

«Delight to stay. The hotel is updated and very comfortable. The breakfast was a full breakfast which was nice. Beds comfy. Room temp. was good. Staff friendly. Nice outside area with a fire pit and chairs to be able to eat breakfast or chill in the evening. I would go back.»

«First and foremost: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Despite their name being Wyndham HOTEL, they claim they're NOT a hotel when you ask them why no one's coming to the room to make the beds and empty the trash. They say they're a "time share" and they don't have any obligation to provide any cleaning services. The "free breakfast" feels sad compared to what we've had at other hotels. It was late night and I tried to get a hold of the property but only was able to leave messages which they did not acknowledge. «The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny.
