«I was on my way to this hotel but I found myself with the road closed due to a fallen telephone pole. It was late night and I tried to get a hold of the property but only was able to leave messages which they did not acknowledge. Since I could not make it to my reservation I wanted to see if in good faith they would at least give me a waiver since it was out of ny hands but they said no. «The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny. As nice as the breakfast was and the hostess, we won't return.»
