«The treehouse rooms were incredible, with newer furnishings and the amazing walk out to the hot tub in the elevated tree trunk (room 403). Staff were excellent as well and always available to ahuttle you around the property in a cart. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though it was quite pricey as was the onsite food; even more than would be expected from a local resort. «This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great»

«We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in a family room. Comfortable beds with sleeping space for 5. Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. And our kids loved the hammock chairs outside our little building. Robert in the restaurant was a wonderful host every morning at the included breakfast that was delicious and so plentiful. «AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill.
