«We stayed one night as we where driving through Blowing Rock. The hotel is charming and private, yet within walking distance to the centre of Blowing Rock. The rooms felt very clean and spacious. The included breakfast was alright - nothing special but atleast theres some warm options to choose from. Friendly staff as well. The negatives: the gap around the room door ment that voices/sounds in the hallway easily made its way into the room. This was not really an issue for us as we stayed here ...

«I am a tall person. The upstairs toilet was too low. The mattress was a little too hard for me. The property was very nice with the wildlife around.»

«We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated»

«we had an excellent stay, the room bedding was excellent and cleaning. Also there is one separate sitting area/room which is luxury. The backyard has a patio table with chairs which is neat and peaceful. I liked it very much, it exceeded my expectation.»

«Hotel is dated, but decent. Staff initially put me in a room occupied someone else, but were helpful in correcting the problem. Free breakfast would be a plus, but this hotel doesn't offer it.»

«Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. Leaves and sticks from the winter had not been picked up. Gazebo with a fireplace is a nice place to hangout. Our fifth visit here and a couple of ...

«Front desk staff that I encountered during my stay were fabulous, but hey went out of their way to accommodate the request. I apologize for not remembering their names individually but I’m sure they remember me and my service dog Kai (GSD)»

«Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back»
