«Our room was not cleaned very well. Our room and the hotel itself are pretty outdated and seems like it is falling apart. It did look like they were renovating so maybe they are working on that. The waterslide and pool area were so fun though!»

«I reserved a room with a king sized bed and the bed was the same size as my 5 year olds bed and she has a full. The staff was not very welcoming however they were busy so that could of been why. Floors throughout the hotel were dirty and the breakfast was very bland. I had the breakfast burrito and it was mostly hash browns that tasted like grease.i stay at this hotel every other weekend because it is the only hotel downtown and I can walk everywhere I need to go. «There wasn’t a lot of parking, I was told that I should have come back earlier when visiting family. It was late, but a backhoe taking up 4 spots isn’t really ideal. The guy that checked me in was super nice and helpful. »

«Breakfast was well supplied, the lady kept the area completely clean and organized. Hotel was quiet. Staff was super helpful. Upon check in, our room stunk of sewage. And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. The bedding was clean, so were countertops and bathroom. »

«As you walk to the front door you question entering due to the condition of the welcome mat. The stool behind the counter was duct taped and foam was sticking out. The entry furniture was grimy and the breakfast area chairs had vinyl peeling off of them. The pool is dirty. The floor and pool. One pool was not heated. The splash pad did not work. The room was ok but the chair was grimy. Would not recommend. »
