«I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.»

«The hotel and staff were wonderful, but people need to be aware of the noise of both the train whistle and fellow guests. There were ear plugs left as an amenity, but it was very difficult to sleep as the train whistle blew all night and the walls are very thin. I would 100% recommend for the location and amenities, but the noise for me makes it unlikely I will return.»

«The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean.»

«The room was clean. It was very new. It was spacious. It was loud though. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. It was a bit saggy. I won’t stay here again, but the price was right.»

«Room on 2nd floor was comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Breakfast was simple, but well prepared and fresh. Only things that kept me from giving it 5 stars was; our bathroom door wouldn’t close, the location of the AC vent blowed towards the door, so freezing there, but set to 62 to get the rest of the room cool and H Bar was not open in the evenings while we were there. All said, we would still stay again, I think it was a good value for the $$.»

«The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys!
